We are searching for linking factors within people’s healing stories. We interview people who have recovered or significantly improved from conditions which are known to be in some way stress induced or worsened by past and/or present day stresses. Our hypothesis is that there are tangible (environmental) and intangible (mindset) changes in people’s recovery journeys. In essence: what was the combination of elements that worked for them?
