Samichhya’s Determination. The Qualities of Healing found through Faith?

Jess

Samichhya shared a wonderful story with us today about her experience resolving a medically unexplained condition she experienced during her childhood. From a pre-school age until seven years old she remembers periods of time where, with no fixed pattern her left leg would go entirely numb and she would be unable to move it at all. This would last for a period of 1-3 days in which time it would slowly improve. This would happen approximately every month and medical intervention and investigations did not reveal the cause of her symptoms.

Fiona’s Chronic Fatigue, an Extraordinary Story

Jess

Fiona’s healing journey was one of the first I heard about in the sphere of Chronic Fatigue and Chronic Pain recovery. If I didn’t personally know her, I don’t think I would have believed such an extraordinary story. Learning about Fiona’s journey was one of the reasons I decided to specialise into chronic pain physiotherapy and focus my attention on folks that had trialled everything that the bio-medical approach had to offer and turned their attention to neuroplasticity.

Psychotherapist Nam on Growing out of Anger and Anxiety

Jess

Nam was my first official interview for Liberation Found, and was an absolute pleasure to talk to about his work navigating anger and anxiety as a Psychotherapist and using meditation. He was excellent at navigating some of my more novice errors in questioning and explained perfectly his process to recovery.

Preconceived Notions or ‘A Fixed Mindset’ Limits Us

An issue that is highlighted subconsciously in any client assessment is what mindset has the person entered into the healing journey with.
